The ghost of Meco?

This is the weirdest thing... I uploaded a picture that I have on my PC to this blog. Just like the ones below. This time it was a picture of the sky at the end of the day.

You can see a small thumbnail of the uploaded picture in the left top corner of what you see above. However, somehow, some way, a new picture has created during the upload process. A picture of a girl with a bathing cap from the 1920's.

Is this the ghost of Meco...? Is she the one that makes sure the weather is always good when we play? What is this....?
